Kerstin Wolff was named CEO of Heating & Ventilation of Glen Dimplex Deutschland in September 2023. Before, she held the position as Chief Commercial Officer in Heating & Ventilation division, on 1st March 2023. 
She has extensive sales and marketing experience as well as expertise in strategic brand and customer relationship management. 

Kerstin Wolff has previously been Managing Director of the German sales organization at Geberit, a European market leader for sanitary products, with a focus on installation and flushing systems for sanitary facilities, piping systems for transporting water in buildings, as well as bathroom systems. Prior she was responsible for sales in the DACH region for Wilo, a multinational technology group and one of the world’s leading premium suppliers of pumps and pump systems for building services, water management and the industrial sector. Due to this she can draw on a broad network and excellent knowledge of the sanitary and heating industry and is chairman of the German Heat Pump Association (BWP), chairman of the Professional Association for Efficient Energy Use (HEA) and active in many other national and international associations and expert committees
