From a creative spark in Newry, Northern Ireland in 1973, to the global business of today, we will be marking our 50th year with a series of colleague events and ‘legacy initiatives’ delivered throughout 2023.
Our legacy initiatives are designed to be delivered for the first time in 2023, and then repeat long beyond our anniversary year, contributing to our broader sustainability agenda.
The themes for our 50th anniversary year are:
- Leadership – developing leaders of the future for a sustainable organisation.
- Community – connecting with, and caring about the communities we work and operate in.
- Recognition – recognising colleagues for their integrity, ingenuity and living our values.
- Celebration – reflecting on our past and imagining the next 50!
We look forward to communicating more on the launch of each of these exciting initiatives and hope to make 2023 a year to remember.
