Tara Flynn
In July 2021, Tara joined Glen Dimplex as Chief People Officer having previously been Group HR Director in Coillte, Ireland’s largest state-owned forest manager. Throughout her career, Tara has held a number of senior roles in international and Irish businesses as well as cofounding an employee benefits consultancy.
Tara has a wide range of strategic HR experience in areas such as Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Culture & Values, Leadership & Development, Performance Management, Employer Brand, Governance and Internal Communications.
Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies & Political Science from Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and a Diploma in Corporate Law & Governance from the Law Society of Ireland.
