Steady investments into brand formation, product innovations and the most modern production technologies, since our founding in 1973, have made Glen Dimplex Germany the world market leader for electric heating systems and one of the leading suppliers for household appliances and industrial cooling.

In Germany, the sales organisation of GDD (Glen Dimplex Deutschland GmbH, in Nürnberg) and the KKW (Kulmbacher Klimageräte Werk GmbH, in Kulmbach) have been combined in 2005, in order to better serve the customer.  This organisation now trades under the name Glen Dimplex Deutschland GmbH in Kulmbach with its own production in heating and cooling and a general commercialisation of trading goods. The production of vacuum cleaners is carried out by the company Glen Dimplex EIO GmbH in Sonneberg (the production of the former GDD).  This organisation has its own production in heating and cooling and a general commercialisation of trading goods.
